This ring begins as fire.

The lava at its center was hand dug from the volcano beds in Bali -carried to a sacred temple near the volcano to be blessed. A temple so holy that when the volcano erupted, the lava flowed around it and left it untouched. It was then cleansed in purified water and coconut oil, and dried in the Balinese sun.

From Bali it traveled to Jaipur, India, where a stone cutter whose family has worked gemstones for generations shaped it into a teardrop - a single drop of water, frozen in fire.

Beside it a faceted Labradorite sourced from a generational collector in Jaipur for whom stones are not a business but a birthright. And a pearl from one woman in Thailand whose family has worked the pearl trade for generations.
