Kupu-Kupu (pronounced; Koopoo-Koopoo) is Balinese for 'Butterfly'
Pieces of rough Lava are gathered from a Holy Temple in Bali.
When the Lava is extracted, offerings are made and the Lava is Blessed. Each piece of jewelry is of a unique shape. The Sterling Silver setting is formed and finished in a way that suits the individual cut of Lava. Kupu-Kupu jewelry is designed and crafted with versatility in mind. Timeless, ageless, wear anywhere, anytime, with anything.

OUR PROCESS
Natural Lava rocks are gathered in Holy, Spiritual, Hindu, Bali, where there are 2 active volcanos, hand carried to Holy, Spiritual, Hindu, Rajasthan, India, which is home to the oldest, and most skilled, gem stone cutters and jewelry craftsman in the world. The Lava is then expertly cut and set in Sterling Silver and accompanied with hand selected natural gemstones, and Thai pearls. The results of our labors are incredibly beautiful and unique jewelry that encompass many of Earth’s elements, including: Fire (Lava Stone), Water (Thai Pearls) and Earth (Silver and Gemstones)
